Navigate your ProcessX dashboard and make the most of your financial overview.
Overview
The ProcessX dashboard is your command center for managing business finances. It provides a real-time snapshot of your income, expenses, and overall financial health.

Top Navigation
- Company Switcher: Switch between companies (if you manage multiple)
- Quick Actions: Fast access to add expenses or income
- User Menu: Account settings, subscription, and logout
Main Dashboard Sections
Key Metrics Cards
At the top of your dashboard, you'll see summary cards showing:
| Metric | What It Shows |
| Total Income | All income recorded for the selected period |
| Total Expenses | All expenses recorded for the selected period |
| Net Profit/Loss | Income minus expenses |
| Estimated Tax | Your approximate tax liability |
Time Period Selector
Change the date range to view different periods:
- This Month: Current month's data
- Last Month: Previous month
- This Quarter: Current quarter
- This Year: Full tax year
- Custom: Select specific date range
Charts and Visualizations
Income vs Expenses Chart
A visual comparison of your income and expenses over time, helping you identify:
