Get started with ProcessX by creating your free account in just a few minutes.

Overview

Creating a ProcessX account gives you access to powerful expense tracking, income management, and tax compliance tools designed specifically for South African businesses and freelancers.

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Visit the Sign-Up Page

Navigate to processx.co.za and click the Get Started or Sign Up button in the top navigation.

2. Enter Your Details

Fill in the registration form with:

  • Full Name: Your legal name as it appears on official documents
  • Email Address: Use a valid email you have access to
  • Password: Create a strong password with at least 8 characters

3. Verify Your Email

After submitting the form:

  • Check your email inbox for a verification email from ProcessX
  • Click the verification link in the email
  • Your account will be activated automatically
  • Tip: If you don't see the verification email, check your spam or junk folder.

    4. Complete Your Profile

    Once verified, you'll be prompted to:

    • Add your business name
    • Select your business type
    • Enter your tax registration number (optional at this stage)
